Summary:
This drill works on various aspects of a players mark before combining them at the end, also good cardio, and throwing practice.

Description:
Position 3 players in a triangle about 15 yds on each side. The 4th player will be the mark. There are 4 mark types in this drill first the marker will use no hands, working on staying up on his feet and active. Second he will go with very low hands working on staying low with his body and hands. It is easier to react up than down. Third he will use a physical mark, allowing throwers to become accustomed to calling fouls and playing through. Last the player will use a regular mark combining the things they have worked on. The marker will perform the first mark 7 times after which he will step in to throw and the thrower will begin marking. All 4 players will run the first mark type, then second, etc. Remember to run hard between each mark to work on conditioning. Start the stall count on 5, throwers should be making 1 or 2 decisive fakes and throwing the disc. No high release or invert throws, the thrower should be working on pivoting and getting the defender out of position.

Make a new play based on this one!
